Free Shipping, Everywhere

Shipping is always included in the price of your subscription, for both U.S. and international members. No extra fees.

When Mail Ships

Letters are mailed during the first week of each month via the United States Postal Service, using First-Class Mail (regular, untracked snail mail).

New members who sign up by the last day of the previous month will receive the following month’s letter. For example, you have until November 30th to sign up for December mail.

Delivery Times

U.S. members: Delivery times vary by distance and location, but you can expect your mail to arrive within 1–5 business days of shipping.

International members: Delivery times vary with customs and local mail services, but snail mail from the U.S. typically arrives within 2–4 weeks.

Lost or Missing Mail

Because letters are sent without tracking, we're unable to see where a packet is once it’s in the mail. If your mail hasn’t arrived by the end of the month for U.S. members or six weeks after shipping for international members, email us at hello@littlemomentspaper.com and we'll help you sort it out.

Address Changes

Please update your shipping address before the end of the current month to have the next month's letter sent to your new address. This can be managed in your customer account.
