Cancellation policy

 

Pause, Skip, or Cancel Anytime

You can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime from your customer account page. Log in by clicking on the Accounts icon on the upper right hand corner of the site and manage your subscription there.

Timing

Subscriptions renew on the date at which you first purchased your subscription (monthly for monthly subscriptions, and annually for annual subscriptions). To skip, pause, or cancel before your next letter, please make the change before your renewal date. Changes made after renewal will apply to the following month.

Refunds

Once a renewal has been processed, that month’s letter is prepared and mailed, so we're unable to offer refunds for months that have already been billed.

Pausing

Paused subscriptions won’t be billed or mailed until you resume. You can restart anytime from your account page.
